I started my career as a licensed vocational nurse in mental health, spending over a decade on the front lines with clients and communities. After earning my MPH, I’ve spent years designing and leading public health programs where policy has to work in real life.
Most recently, as a housing director, I led the development and implementation of a CalAIM Housing Transition Navigation Services program from the ground up, creating policies, workflows, documentation standards, staff processes, and reporting systems needed to support implementation, compliance, and long-term operations.
I founded Empower Health Solutions to build practical, compliant systems that support long-term sustainability.
